Directly at the point of sale
By phone by calling the toll-free number 800.800.808 from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 18.00. Our Customer Service will contact you to complete the procedure by sending the necessary documents.
In all modes, once the METRO Card has been issued you will be able to view it on your smartphone by downloading the METRO Companion app, so as to always have your Card at hand!
