How to place an order in the M.Shop?

To place an order in the M.Shop [replace with country specific name], you need to be registered in the food service delivery. If you want to become a delivery customer, check our conditions here [link]. If you are already registered as a delivery customer, you can access the M.Shop [replace with country specific name], here [link to the m.shop]. If you still don’t have a digital account, sign up here [link]. Remember to add your existing card to your newly created digital profile. You can also place an order directly in the METRO app [link to download]. 1. Search articles: To create an order, you can find your desired products using the search bar or the category tree. (See image below) 2. Add to cart: To add the products you want to buy to your shopping cart just click on the icon with the shopping cart symbol which is available next to each product. (See image below). 3.  Confirm order: Once you have added all the products you want to buy, proceed to your shopping cart by clicking on the icon with the shopping cart on the right side and follow the instructions to submit your order. (See image below). 4. Track your order: Once your order has been confirmed you can continue tracking it by opening the “my orders” section and check the status of each order directly. (See image below)
