METRO Italia requires its Customers to have a VAT number, as it is aimed directly at Professionals. However, we make an exception for some activities without VAT number as described below.
In the case of CRAL, associations, bodies, it is possible to request the METRO Card by presenting: statute with minutes of offices, certificate of attribution, numerical tax code and identity document of the President/Legal Representative.
In the case of other activities without VAT number (e.g. Agritourisms, Bed & Breakfasts, Bed and Breakfasts, Minimum Schemes) it is possible to request the METRO Card by presenting: municipal authorization to carry out the activity and tax code of the Owner/Legal Representative. If in the "minimum" tax regime, it is also necessary to present the "minimum" self-certification.
